Ryan is a seasoned management, marketing, and nonprofit consultant. He assists businesses with coming up with comprehensive, creative solutions for sustainable revenue growth. He has worked as a high-level business consultant for several years. Ryan is a relationship oriented person, and is known for his successful professional relationships with clients and partners. He is very innovative and creative, and he leverages these skills to come up with solutions to help businesses solve problems and to create management and marketing strategies for growth.

Ryan brings his passion and skill sets to our organization to assist small business and other professionals with building relationships and further developing their network in Washington and Oregon. He is excited to help further the effort to connect Washington business professionals with those in Oregon, and vice versa.

George Frost is the founder, owner, CEO and Principal Consultant of GW Frost & Associates LLC. He has over 50 years of professional experience, including over 24 years in government service (city planning, capital projects management, public outreach/communications, and contracting equity initiatives). He has over 24 years of experience in providing professional consulting services. That experience includes providing public outreach, community and environmental impact assessments, and small business diversity and inclusion advocacy and outreach for public works projects. George has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in urban planning from the University of Washington, and he is an ordained minister and former senior pastor with over 30 years of experience in church and community leadership.

Daniel J. Seydel II


For more than thirty years, Daniel J. Seydel Il has advised public owners, contractors, engineers and community partners on complex infrastructure programs. His leadership combines technical construction knowledge, government contracting strategy, contractor development, organizational leadership and long-standing industry relationships.

His experience includes transportation, aviation, marine construction, industrial wastewater, water and sewer systems, higher education, public buildings, affordable housing, workforce development and economic development He has supported nearly $9 billion in combined historical and active infrastructure programs., Seydel continues expanding entrepreneurial development into Oregon and California through Platinum Group and the Entrepreneurial Institute of Washington. His patented technologies around modular clean building and energy development is positioned to help the communities he serves.

Veronica Ybarra


Veronica Ybarra is a business development consultant and writer for GHS Communications Consulting. With 30 years of professional experience, she offers our clients expertise in business planning; government contracting; government procurement; business development; response to government solicitations; preparation of capability statements and statements of qualifications; subcontracting and teaming; operations; and project management. 

Veronica also specializes in managing small business technical assistance programs, providing consulting services related to government contracting, business development, business planning, operations, and contract performance.

A member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, Veronica routinely pursues continuing education relevant to her work. She holds a B.A. in biology from Mount Holyoke College and completed graduate coursework in the environmental field.
